8 CHRIS WEIDMAN

He is signed to the UFC, where he competes in the middleweight division. He is a former UFC Middleweight Champion. As of December 6, 2021, he is no. 13 in the middleweight rankings. Weidman came to worldwide prominence by defeating Anderson Silva to win the Middleweight Championship. This ended Silva’s 16-fight winning streak inside the UFC and his seven-year reign as the champion. 

7 CHAEL SONNEN

Since beginning his MMA career in 1997, Sonnen competed for the UFC, where he became a top contender in both the light heavyweight and middleweight divisions and challenged for both the Light Heavyweight and Middleweight Championships. Robert is a New Zealand-born Australian professional mixed martial artist. He is signed to the Ultimate Fighting Championship, where he is a former UFC Middleweight Champion. Whittaker was a contestant on the first series of The Ultimate Fighter: The Smashes and won the welterweight tournament. Whittaker became interim middleweight champion after winning the title at UFC 213; he was promoted to undisputed champion after Georges St-Pierre vacated the Middleweight Championship in 2017. Forrest Griffin is an American retired mixed martial artist and former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion. Michael Bisping is a retired mixed martial artist, who competed in the Middleweight and Light Heavyweight division of the UFC. At UFC 78, he became the first British fighter to compete in the main event.
