  • When and why did you start training for fighting?  My brother pushed me into training to keep me out of trouble on the streets.
  • What ranks and titles have you held?  Legacy 145 & 155 belt. Fury FC 155 & interim 145 belt. Black belt in BJJ.
  • What was your job before you started fighting?  Construction
  • Favorite grappling technique: Ground and pound
  • Favorite Striking technique: Overhand right
  • TRAINING: My training camp has been great for this fight. I train three times daily. I train my striking with Kru Perez, wrestling with my brother Jose, and BJJ with Macaco Patino. I also focus on strength and conditioning daily along with my fight training. I feel great technically, and physically better than ever. I have lots of great sparring partners to simulate Robert’s style, my game plan is in place, and I'm ready to throw down. I’m so excited to fight in Texas.
